Learn how to build upon the “basics” of quality customer service, and guide students and visitors through University policies and programs. Brainstorm with colleagues and educational leaders ways to improve support for students on campus. Gain a greater understanding of the important role values and institutional identity play in developing the “culture of service” that improves student and employee satisfaction at the University of Akron.
