


Duties: Responsible for the leadership and supervision of the entire Department of Student Life that includes Student Union facility and operations, Greek Life, Commuter Central, Co-Curricular Programs, Game Room & Theatre Operations, major campus programs and activities, Student Organization Resource Center, Conferencing, Information Center and Business Operations. The Assistant Dean reports to and supports the Associate Vice President and Dean of Students.
Qualifications: Master's degree in higher education administration or closely related area and a minimum of five years experience in Student Affairs administration, Student Activities, Student Unions or related field required. An articulate understanding of the mission and culture of a metropolitan university and experience with auxiliary budget management, demonstrated leadership capacity and experience with assessment required.
