Duties: Twenty-four credit teaching load with six credit release for research and publication (net three sections per semester of teaching for research active faculty), expected duties consistent with a career path of high quality performance in the areas of teaching, research, publications and service to students, the Department, College, University and the community.

Qualifications: Requires J.D. from an A.B.A. accredited law school. Candidates with an MBA are preferred, however, candidates with an undergraduate business degree and relevant business experience or with significant business-related professional experience will also be considered. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong record of, or potential for, quality research and teaching, and have the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty and the business community.
