


Duties: Teach in the area of Intellectual Property and other areas as needed by the law school. To engage in productive research, scholarship and publication in the area of Intellectual Property and other appropriate areas. To engage in professional service to the law school, the profession, the University and the community.
Qualifications: A J.D. or equivalent (eg. PhD. Legal Historian or Foreign Law Degree) required. Demonstrated experience and expertise in Intellectual Property. Ability to teach, to communicate effectively, to challenge students to learn. Commitment to successful scholarship is expected. Commitment and ability to engage in significant scholarly research and publication, previous scholarly publication preferred. Commitment and ability to add diversity to the law school. Commitment to Professional Service, involvement in relevant professional or service organizations preferred.
