


Duties: Enter and maintain graduate applicant data into PeopleSoft, DARS, NOLIJ and Apply Yourself. Assist and counsel graduate students on admission policies and procedures. Prepare electronic letters of admission, probation and dismissal. Perform administrative duties including managing student personnel and compiling statistical data and attend graduate recruitment fairs and activities.
Qualifications: Requires 18 months of education or training beyond high school and four years experience in student advisement, counseling and/or admissions. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Basic computer skills including spreadsheet, database and word processing capabilities required. Ability to interact with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in counseling students on graduate admission policies and procedures, proficient in PeopleSoft, DARS, NOLIJ, and Apply Yourself, recruitment experience, ability to multi-tak, problem solve and handle a high volume of paperwork and knowledge of university procedures, policies and administrative structure.
