At least 15 credits of geotechniques requirements.
At least 6 credits of Regional Geography electives Regional Geography electives include: 3350:350 Geography of the US and Canada, 3350:351 Ohio: Environment and Security, 3350:353 Latin America, 3350:356 Europe, 3350:363 Africa South of the Sahara, and 3350:497 Regional Field Study.
Students are required to have 12 credits of additional electives in Geography.
128 credits are required to graduate; 47 total credits in Geography required to graduate; 47 Buchtel College of Arts & Sciences upper level credits required to graduate.
7700:101, 102, 201, 202 and 222 may be substituted for Modern Language (35xx) courses.
The following credit hour requirements apply to this degree: 128 minimum total credits; 32 credits in residence; the final 32 credits must be taken from The University of Akron.
