2030:152 and 153 Technical Mathematics II and Technical Mathematics III (both) may be substituted for 2030:161 Math for Modern Technology.
2040:256 Diversity in American Society, 2040:257 The Black Experience 1877 to 1954, or 2040:258 The Black Experience 1954 to Present may be substituted for 2040:254 The Black Experience 1619 to 1877.
All students must achieve a C or better in each course in his/her major area (2440/2660). Students who may continue with the Computer Information Systems B.S. degree must take 2030:152 and 2030:153 or 2030:161
Registration for 2440:247 Hardware Support requires admission to the program or permission of program director.
2600:242 Microsoft Networking II and 2600:244 Microsoft Networking III are offered for 1-4 credits. Students should take 3 credits of each.
The following credit hour requirements apply to this degree: 67 minimum total credits; 16 credits in residence; the final 16 credits must be taken from The University of Akron.
