Accommodation and Service Request Deadlines

The following are deadlines for accommodations that require advanced coordination. We encourage students to submit the Accommodation and Service Request Form immediately upon registering for classes. A reasonable good faith effort will be exercised by the Office of Accessibility to provide these accommodations and services for eligible students.

Alternative Formats (Alternative Media)

• 4 weeks prior to the start of the semester

Alternative Testing

• Tests/Quizzes - 4 business days notice

• Final Exams - 4 business days notice

CART Providers or Typewell Transcribers

• 4 weeks prior to the start of the semester

Classroom Accommodations (Relocation and Furniture Requests)

• 4 weeks prior to the start of the semester

Sign Language Interpreters

• 4 weeks prior to the start of the semester
