There are three opportunities for student employment at The University of Akron. The Office of Financial Aid can help with Federal Work-Study jobs. If students need assistance in finding other employment, the Student Employment area in the Career Center is ready to assist them with their search and several other questions.
The Federal Work-Study Program is a federally funded campus based aid program designed to provide part-time jobs for eligible students with financial need. Jobs are located both on and off-campus. Students work around their class schedule.
