If you are unable to attend one of these programs, information sessions and campus tours are offered on weekdays and some Saturdays.
Discovering Diversity Day is a visit experience designed for academically prepared students from ethnically underrepresented groups who are considering enrollment at The University of Akron. During this visit in February, guests have an opportunity to learn more about UA’s multicultural excellence and support, academic programs, financial aid and scholarships, campus life, student life and more.
Senior Day: A to Zip Programs are designed for seniors in high school. These programs provide you with information about the enrollment process, academic programs, financial assistance, student life and so much more. Senior Days are held in February and March.
Spring Visit Day, which occurs in April, is designed especially for juniors in high school to learn about the application process, academic programs, scholarships, financial aid, residence life and housing, the Honors College and more.
Summer Visit Day is a chance for rising juniors and seniors to learn about the application process, financial aid and scholarships, academic programs, residence life and housing, the Honors College and more. Summer Visit Day takes place in June and July.
Join us for Fall Visitation Day and you will learn about our academic programs, admissions, financial aid, on-campus living and more. You can tour classrooms and get specific information about your intended major. Fall Visit Days are held in October and November.
