Academic Advising Data and Assessment

Assessment of academic advising is essential for a successful and effective academic advising program on any campus. The University College Academic Advisement Center has joined with the FYE Task Force Subcommittee on Academic Advising to gather, analyze, and use institutional data to identify target populations and focused initiatives for the purpose of supporting student success. This information is vital in the interpretation and dissemination of data for revisions of the advising program, policy analysis and the allocation of resources.
