Having earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Dickerson holds the top financial position at Baltimore-based Under Armour, which generates more than $1 billion in annual revenue. He credits his professional success to the strong work ethic he developed at UA and discusses the changing nature of the global marketplace.
