UA on Display



Calling all UA Alumni and Roo Crew Members!

We are looking for UA Alumni and Roo Crew members to participate in UA on Display! Alumni and Roo Crew members will play a pivotal role at this event by interacting with prospective and current UA students for the purpose of recruiting and networking! We want you to engage these students and describe your own path through UA and how you got to be where you are now! We are looking for Alumni from every college and discipline! See a list of participating colleges!

UA on Display is a carnival-like event that engages prospective and current students for the purpose of learning more about their academic areas of interest, Interacting and networking with Alumni and learning more about The University of Akron.

WHERE: Stile Athletic Field House (See map)
WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 15, from 12:30 to 3 p.m. 
EXTRAS: Akron vs. Morgan State football game at 3:30 p.m.

  • 12:30 - 3 p.m. Academic and Student Services Information Fair
    Meet representatives from various academic and student service areas and Alumni

  • 1 to 2:30 p.m. Campus tours

  • 3:30 p.m. Football game
    Akron Zips vs. Morgan State at InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field

Confirm your attendance

All alumni interested in attending UA on Display should confirm your attendance by calling 330-972-7271 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or send us an e-mail at alumni@uakron.edu. Remember, all Roo Crew members attend the Akron vs. Morgan State football game for free!

Be a part of the excitement!

Members of the Roo Crew will receive 1 free ticket to the Akron vs. Morgan State football game following the UA on Display event. Additional tickets for Roo Crew guests and family members may be purchased at the UA on Display event for $10 each.

Not a member of the Roo Crew?  Want to participate in UA on Display and attend Akron vs. Morgan State for free? Learn more and get involved! New Roo Crew members must complete the survey by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 13 and participate in UA on Display on the 15th to receive free ticket to the Akron vs. Morgan State football game.
