UA plates fund student scholarship

Some say the car we drive reflects our personality.  Consider adding a UA license plate to show your pride - and do some good!

With your help, $25 from each plate ($35) directly supports our Legacy Scholarship, available to eligible children, grandchildren or those under legal guardianship of a University of Akron alumnus. Learn more.

UA's #1 Fan

Are you UA's biggest fan?  Take a photo of your office, car, garden, room in your house or whatever it may be that showcases your love for UA.  Be sure to submit your photo to alumni@uakron.edu to be considered for inclusion in Akron magazine, or feel free to post it to our Facebook or Pinterest.  We might just declare you UA's #1 fan!

Zippy on Walkabout

Are you thinking of taking a trip to somewhere interesting?  Take us with you, well, Zippy at least.

While you're packing, be sure to take along a Zippy doll and snap a photo of her and anyone else enjoying the sights. Be sure to submit your photo to alumni@uakron.edu to be considered for inclusion in Akron magazine!
