Express clear professional goals. Know what you want. Conduct yourself as if determined to get the targeted job.

Show initiative/incentive through interest in job opportunity.

Compatibility:

Express, through behavior, your ability to get along with others.

Preparation:

Know relevant company info: location, products, and general knowledge about its business purpose. The more you know, the greater the impression!
