Physical Location
The University of Akron Mail Center is located in the Lower Level of the Administrative Services Building (ASB), at 185 East Mill Street.

Basic functions of Mailing and Delivery Services.
Hours
The Mail Center is normally open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Summer hours are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Mail Center is closed whenever The University of Akron main campus is closed for any reason.
Delivery and Collections
U.S. Mail and Campus Mail are delivered twice a day to all University departments. This allows for all U.S. Mail received from the U.S. Postal Service to be delivered the same day.
NOTE: Due to a change in USPS processes; 2:30 p.m. is the new deadline for dropping off outgoing U.S.mail for same-day processing.
The University Mail Services unit provides all University units the same services that the United States Postal Service offers; except for Money Orders.
