This program eliminates departments need to research and compare pricing, it's already done for you! Additionally, you only pay for the number of copies you make. Our partnership with Lake Business Products offers two product lines, Canon and Savin. All of the equipment is the latest in technology and is digital, producing much higher quality output.

What Copy Machine is Right for my department?
When selecting a new copier for your department, it is necessary to know what type of machine fits your departmental needs. To determine that, here are a few important questions to ask:
How much will the machine be used?
What is your current monthly volume? Do you expect to increase or decrease this volume?
What type of features, accessories do we need?
Do you need double sided copying (duplexing), automatic document feeding, sorting, stapling, large capacity paper drawer? Determining this will help the Copier Management staff assist you in making your selection.
Do we need to be able to print to this copier from one or more computers?
