What copy machine is right for my department?
When choosing an new copy machine for your department it is important to know what kind of machine fits your needs as well a budget. It is important to ask yourself a few important questions:
How much will the machine be used?
At Cost-per-Copy your department can rent or lease copiers. Each machine has a predetermined number of copies/prints included in the monthly cost, based on the capacity recommended for the particular model. It is a good idea to make estimates of how many copies you expect to make. This will help determine what model will best suit your purposes.
What kind of documents does our department work with most?
Does you department produce material that is sent out to other departments or individuals? Do you work with creating promotional material?
Do we require that it be able to network to one or more computers?
