


Dr. Fred Carr, Ph.D. is currently the Director of The H. Kenneth Barker Center for Economic Education, and a tenured Professor of The Department of Educational Foundations and Leadership. He is also a member of the Doctoral Level Graduate Faculty. In addition to these titles, he is a Founding Member of the National Invention Center, Home of the National Inventors Hall of Fame.
His education includes a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, as well as a Master of Education, a Specialist of Education, and a Doctor of Philosophy all From the University of Florida.
Dr. Carr also belongs to Professional and Honorary Associations including; The National Council on Economic Education, Allied Academics; Academy of Economics and Economic Education, Editorial Board; Journal of Economics and Economic Education Research; and National Economic Education Association..
