It is the policy of the University to promote equal opportunity in its contracting and procurement policies, and to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations when it does business with contractors, consultants, suppliers, vendors and other entities. Pursuant to this policy, the University has established an Office of Contract Compliance under Section 3345.29 of the Ohio Revised Code.
