Important Information About Your Bill

Enrollment Cancellation

For more information on enrollment cancellation, please see the University's Enrollment Cancellation Policy.

Billing Information

Initial tuition fee payments made after the due date will result in an additional charge of $50.00. Payment plan payments made after the due date will result in an additional charge of $25.00. If payment is not submitted by or before the assigned due date(s), students may be dropped from all current and future enrollment.

The University offers it's flexible Installment Payment Plan through the 15th day of the Fall and Spring terms, and through the first scheduled due date for the Summer term. Please see the payment plan application form or contact the payment plan office for terms and conditions.

If you have a payment plan contract for this term, fee charges may appear paid but are transferred to your payment plan account. Credits will apply to future payment plan charges or new charge activity.

Anticipated aid amounts may adjust based on changes in your enrollment. Anticipated Aid amounts are based on full-time enrollment and may be prorated or (eliminated) if enrolled less than full-time. Loan amounts shown must have been accepted and guaranteed before proceeds will actually apply to charges.

If you are planning to use Financial Aid that is not going to disburse before your due date to offset the amount of your tuition that you are going to pay now, please verify that your aid is listed as "anticipated" by going to ZipLine to view your anticipated aid. If your aid is not listed as "anticipated" by your due date, you may be subject to late fees and enrollment cancellation for non payment of fees. If you have questions regarding the status of your Financial Aid, please contact the Financial Aid office at (330) 972-7032.

All payments submitted to the University that are paid by credit card must be authorized individually (including payment plan payments). The University will not automatically bill your credit card for any future payments.

Tuition is charged by the number of credit hours and by the course type, unless specifically noted otherwise

Each registration is audited by the University auditors, and appropriate additional charges or refunds are then made.
