Loan Repayment / Exit Interview

If you wish to complete your Stafford Loan exit interview process online, please use the following link: https://ext.glhec.org/FastFacts/exit/Welcome.do?schoolNr=00312300 . Please note that you can not complete a Perkins or Nursing Loan exit interview through this site.

Upon graduation, separation for reasons other than graduation, or registration for less than half-time status, students with Stafford loans must complete an exit interview for all Stafford or plus loans. This interview is required to ensure students are informed of their rights and responsibilities during the repayment period of their loans.
The form and information reviewed during the exit interview can be obtained online via the Great Lakes website (http://www.mygreatlakes.com), or can be completed by mail. If you have not yet received a copy of this information by mail, and would like to receive a copy, you can call (330) 972-5100 for more information. The personal and confidential information sheet must be completed, signed, and returned to the address listed below within 15 days of receiving the information.
