The Saturday, June 15, opening will begin at 1:30 p.m. with a 20-minute introduction by architect Suzanne Morgan and the unveiling of the exhibit at 2 p.m. A reception with light refreshments will follow. This event is free and open to the public.</p> <p>After 9/11, Morgan decided to find a way to bring people together to learn about other faith traditions in a safe and peaceful way. This collection was a part of what came out of that effort. Morgan will provide a brief overview to contextualize each congregation with their structures and traditions, and discuss the decision to use architecture as a vehicle for interreligious understanding.</p> <p>Morgan studied architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and holds a certificate in liturgical design from Chicago's Catholic Theological Union.
