



Once a student has been extended an offer and has accepted the position, he/she is required to arrange a course scheduling appointment with a Career Center staff member. The purpose of the appointment is to ensure the student earns academic credit for his/her co-op or internship. Please provide the student with an offer letter prior to this appointment that includes:
• Employment start and end dates
• Supervisor's name and contact information
• Salary information
• A brief job description
In lieu of an offer letter, the employer may provide the student with a completed and signed Position Acceptance Form.
