Recruiting a CBA Student

The College is here to help you at every stage of the internship/co-op process. Whether you're building a program from the ground up or returning to hire more CBA students, our staff are here to help. Our faculty, academic advisors and career advisors are your team of professionals.

It's vital to get your company in front of students. Promoting your organization to CBA students and faculty will generate greater awareness and interest in the opportunities your organization offers. There are a number of ways to promote your company:

• Professional Forums: Participate in workshops, panel discussions, and classroom sessions with students.
• Site Visits: Invite students/classes to take a firsthand look at your company
• Student Organizations: Create, sponsor or attend student events.

Promoting your organization can also include Career Events and Fairs that allow you to quickly introduce yourself to students, to sponsoring company days in the CBA to promote your company to students, staff and faculty. In addition some employers will host information sessions where students can learn more about your company, corporate culture and the type of positions available.

• Promote Your Company - Get your name in front of students, staff and faculty.
• Professor for a Day - a great opportunity for our alumni and other professionals to visit our classroom and teach for the day.
• Student Organizations - our student organizations compete in varying competitions as well as network with professionals in the field.
