(The program) gave me not only a better understanding of the human resources profession, but also a better understanding of business including finance, accounting, economics, supply chain, and information technology.

I believe the management skills I learned in the program will help me to have productive relationships with people and hopefully to eventually manage people. I think I can navigate changes and give a pitch on any topic. I feel more confident in my presentation and PowerPoint skills.

All of the skills I learned in the master’s program will help me as a human resources lawyer whether I practice as inside counsel for a company, as a law firm lawyer, or as part of an employment related agency.
