Doing my graduate work in the CBA has opened my eyes to another world of information technology/ information systems. During my undergraduate career I learned how to install and maintain systems in the enterprise environment but not how to manage those in the field. The MSM-IS program has shown me that there are steps to be taken in order to get to the installation and maintenance phases.
