The company will create software products that are targeted towards the multi-billion dollar diet industry. The company will provide services that integrate everyday technological devices with emerging digital ‘smart carts’. Everyday technological devices include, but are not limited to, desktop and notebook computers, data organizers, PDA’s, and cell phones. The referenced ‘smart carts’ are portable computers attached to grocery carts that have been developed and marketed by companies such as NCR, Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, and IBM.
