This document provides a summary of The University of Akron policies which govern graduate students.

Graduate Programs Forms

Use the appropriate forms below to submit requests for course waivers, status and program changes, registration, and so on. Forms that relate to program or status changes may be submitted at any time, but no later than two weeks prior to the end of the current term. Action on the forms will not be taken until the next term of enrollment.
