Qualitative research services provide non-quantitative explorations of customer motivations and feelings as well as their buying behavior patterns. This form of exploratory research can be achieved through the use of focus group studies that are led by our skilled moderators in the exploration of a chosen topic, issue or problem. Unstructured one-on-one in-depth probing interviews can also be used to delve into less defined topics and issues. The final qualitative approaches to research are the projective tests that have been developed to obtain information regarding true feelings, meanings, and motivations behind participant attitudes and behaviors.
