Professor for a Day

Professor for a Day

The CBA’s Professor for a Day program provides the opportunity for CBA alumni and other business professionals to share their knowledge and expertise by serving as guest instructors in CBA classes. The program is a joint effort by the College of Business Administration and the Office of Alumni Relations. Its goals are to encourage and facilitate the use of relevant guest speakers to augment classroom instruction and strengthen ties with our professional communities.

The CBA maintains a database of potential guest instructors who have the requisite knowledge and/or experience to speak on particular topics.

An annual reception is held to recognize participants in the program and to encourage networking among speakers, faculty, and administrators.

If you are interested in serving as a guest instructor this semester or if you would like to be added to the Professor for a Day database, please contact the appropriate Department`s chair or contact the following email address: cba@uakron.edu.

We welcome your participation.

For Faculty members interested in inviting participants to their classes. Please submit the Professor for a day form.
