Dr. Arjan T. Sadhwani Scholarship
This Scholarship was established in 2010 by Arjan T. Sadhwani, Emeritus Professor of Accounting at The University of Akron. Two scholarships of $1,000 each will be awarded each year. Recipients must be full-time students in the School of Accountancy who are active in student organizations and have a 3.0 or above GPA. At the discretion of the School of Accountancy, one of the scholarships may be used to support students in the final year of the Accelerated Bs/Ms Accounting program. The other scholarship must be awarded to a student who is a senior in the undergraduate accounting program. Students will be selected by the School of Accountancy, and those who receive the scholarship shall be called Sadhwani Scholars.
