The David M. Grubb Endowed Scholarship

David M. Grubb earned two degrees from the University of Akron College of Business Administration, a B.S.I.M. in 1977 and an MBA in 1979. Upon graduating from the University, Mr. Grubb went to work for the consulting division of Arthur Andersen, which later became Accenture. Mr. Grubb ascended through the ranks to achieve partner status, and at the time this scholarship was created in 2002, he had been with the company for 23 years. Mr. Grubb established this scholarship to benefit undergraduate or graduate students in the management program with a demonstrated history of high academic achievement. This scholarship is renewable as long as the students are enrolled at The University of Akron and continue to maintain the same standards of academic achievement that initially qualified them for the scholarship.
