Advisory Board B.S./M.S. Accounting Scholarship
Funded by the Advisory Board of the George W. Daverio School of Accountancy, this scholarship is designed to attract, retain and support outstanding students who plan to become professional accountants and will pursue the School of Accountancy's Accelerated B.S./M.S. Accounting Program. Scholars will receive $1,000 each year for five years ($5,000 total). Awards will be made at the beginning of each academic year to outstanding entering freshmen that have selected accounting as a major and have preregistered for the Accelerated BS/MS Accounting Program. All scholars must satisfy the program's criteria to receive formal admission at the end of their junior year. Scholars must maintain a 3.0 or better GPA (accounting and overall) and be in good standing as an accounting major to continue eligibility. The board will offer three B.S./M.S. Accounting Scholarships.
