The Dr. Orville R. Keister Endowment Program
The Dr. Orville R. Keister Endowment Program was created to honor Dr. Orville R. Keister, retired distinguished professor of accounting and chair of the Daverio School of Accountancy, for his dedication to accounting students and his commitment to quality accounting education. This endowment provides funding for the Honors Student Scholarships, Program Enhancement and Faculty Awards. The Honors Scholarships are awarded annually to those junior or senior level accounting students who have outstanding academic records and who are active participants in one of the accounting student organizations at the University.
