The Daniel Joseph Maimone Scholarship Fund
This endowed fund was established in 1978 by family and friends in loving tribute to the memory of Daniel Joseph Maimone, whose courage and determination in contending with leukemia was an inspiration to all who knew him. The fund provides three or four scholarship awards of $1,500 each for either accounting students or incoming freshmen majoring in accounting. Selection of recipients is based on merit, character, leadership attributes, academic interest and need. There is no restriction in regard to sex, creed, color, or national origin.
