Leadership and Organizational Change MBA Concentration Overview

Change initiatives in organizations often are costly and, according to most studies, the majority of these efforts fail. This concentration will help students understand the factors involved in leading change and how to execute organizational change successfully.

MBA Leadership and Organizational Change graduates work as managers, consultants, analysts, and in other positions for a wide range of organizations.
