Our students receive an education that combines broad basic theoretical principles with immediate applied practice. They are taught solid management, technological, and people skills, as well as ethical values and global perspectives, and are trained to be competent and responsible business professionals and leaders.
The College of Business Administration has approximately 3,000 undergraduate and 500 graduate students. CBA students are generally hard-working, determined, and entrepreneurial, and tend to be very family-oriented and committed to their communities. They are trained to be effective communicators and critical thinkers, who work well both individually and in teams.
Both BusinessWeek magazine and U. S. News & World Report have ranked the College of Business Administration's undergraduate program among the best in the nation, and for eight consecutive years, the Princeton Review has rated our graduate programs among the best.
Our undergraduate students have the option of pursuing twelve different undergraduate majors, and a variety of minors and certificate programs. At the graduate level, we offer graduate degree and certificates programs. Students are able to complement their academic programs with study abroad and experiential learning opportunities, all of which provide our students with skills and competencies needed to succeed in today's global business environment.

This web-based career database for employers and students provides you with the option of posting job descriptions and/or receiving resume referrals based on the criteria you are seeking in qualified applicants.
This program provides you with an opportunity to interview undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni from a variety of academic majors who are seeking either full-time employment or internship/co-op opportunities.
The Career Center coordinates two UA Career Fairs each year in the fall and spring semesters at which you can meet potential candidates from a variety of majors to fill your full-time, co-op and internship openings.
