Dr. John Hebert Attended Annual Meeting of Western Decision Sciences Institute

Dr. John Hebert attended annual meeting of Western Decision Sciences Institute in April 2010.  Hebert presented a paper entitled, “Optimal Scheduling of Overlapping Phases in the Concurrent/Simultaneous Approach to New Product Develop.” The article was co-authored by Richard Deckro of the Air Force Institute of Technology.
