The George W. Daverio School of Accountancy’s undergraduate accounting program was recently ranked No. 22 in the nation in the Public Accounting Report (PAR) Annual Accounting Program Rankings, up from No. 24 the previous year.
The rankings, which were published in the November 2010 issue of the PAR, are based on a survey of accounting educators. More than 1,700 educators participated in the 2010 survey.
The University of Akron remains the only public University in Northern Ohio that is ranked by the PAR. We are tied with Case Western Reserve University for 22nd place.
The PAR is an independent newsletter published by CCH and distributed to public accounting firm partners and professionals, opinion leaders, and industry observers.Tweet
