The article notes that “The Distribution Trap: Keeping Your Innovations from Becoming Commodities” discusses the experiences of several Akron-based businesses, including the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and Rubbermaid. ABJ presents the reactions of executives from some of the highlighted companies.
“The Distribution Trap” received the 2010 Berry-AMA Book Prize as the Best Book in Marketing from the American Marketing Association.
