CBA alum, Cindy Hoyt ’94,’03, has been named the new director of Revenue Cycle at Robinson Memorial Hospital with responsibility for managing the efficient and effective operation of the hospital’s revenue cycle functions.
Prior to joining Robinson Memorial, Hoyt was the Director of Patient Financial Services at Akron General Health System for over three years. She also previously worked at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital as Director of Patient Financial Services, Union Hospital as Manager of Patient Accounting, Akron Children’s Hospital as Supervisor of Patient Accounting and Summa Health System as Manager of Accounts Receivable.
Hoyt earned two degrees from the CBA, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1994 and an MBA in Management (Health Services Administration) in 2003. She also completed the Health Care Executive Education Program at Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC Organization.
