Accounting Association and Beta Alpha Psi induct new members

On April 17, 2012, the Accounting Association and Beta Alpha Psi Honorary held their spring induction ceremony. New members and officers for the 2012-2013 school year were inducted. Members then enjoyed dinner, provided by Papa Joe’s.

The Gamma Eta Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi inducted two new members;

• Travis Spees

According to Brandon Hickey, current Accounting Association President and President Elect of Beta Alpha Psi, “the Accounting Association and Beta Alpha Psi provides students with a great opportunity to interact and network with professionals from area firms. Building these connections help our members to secure internships or full-time offers.”

The Accounting Association and Beta Alpha Psi work together to bring in area firms and industries to discuss current issues in accounting, finance or information systems. Meetings are open to students in these fields, and any grade level. Meetings will resume in Fall 2012.
