• Primary duties include working with undergraduate and graduate students and alumni from all academic majors to provide career management and job search consultation

• Utilizes theory-to-practice model of career development; more specifically, MBTI and Holland’s Theory of Vocational Personalities and Environments
• Qualified Administrator & Interpreter of Strong Intererest Inventory (SII) personality assessment
• Qualified Administrator & Interpreter of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality assessment
• Liaison to the College of Engineering, Colleges of Polymer Science & Polymer Engineering
• Teaches Career Planning course
• Serves as web master and technical consultant
• Member of American College Personnel Assoication (ACPA) and Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers (MwACE)
• Executive Board Member, Ohio Career Development Association (OCDA) - designer and editor of electronic newsletter
