- Primary duties include working with undergraduate and graduate students and alumni from all academic majors to provide career management and job search consultation
- Special interest in mid-life career changes and the interview process
- Utilizes theory-to-practice model of career development; more specifically, MBTI and Holland’s Theory of Vocational Personalities and Environments
- Qualified Administrator & Interpreter of Strong Intererest Inventory (SII) personality assessment
- Qualified Administrator & Interpreter of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality assessment
- Liaison to the College of Engineering, Colleges of Polymer Science & Polymer Engineering
- Teaches Career Planning course
- Serves as web master and technical consultant
- Member of American College Personnel Assoication (ACPA) and Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers (MwACE)
- Executive Board Member, Ohio Career Development Association (OCDA) - designer and editor of electronic newsletter
- Co-Chair Entertainment Committee, MwACE 2006 Conference
