• Associate in Applied Science, Executive Secretarial Science from The University of Akron
• Bachelor of Arts, Business and Organizational Communication with a minor in Business Management Technology from The University of Akron
• Masters of Arts, Education from The University of Akron
• Assists students, faculty, staff, employers, and the community in general with various questions, and concerns
• Front line questions and information from students, alumni and employers wishing to utilize the Center, and provide customer service
• Provide administrative support to all CCM Personnel, including training student assistants
• Provide technical support to students and alumni utilizing ZIProfessional (formerly eRecruiting)
• Coordinate lobby tables reservations for employers and provide sponsorship for employers/outside vendors seeking to recruit students for employment
• Assist with career expos and on-campus recruiting
