Becoming aware of and involved in your career development will allow you to discover yourself, explore and experience numerous possibilities, and gain the necessary confidence, commitment, skills, and motivation to forge ahead.

Career development and management is accomplished best in phases. Knowledge of and involvement in each area will help you to define your career direction. You will continue to recycle through the following phases throughout your career:
