CCM General Services The Center for Career Management offers a variety of services to students and alumni, from personalized services to career-related events and resources. Personalized services:
- Individual appointments with a career management advisor to assist you with your career-related needs.
- Assistance with Career Advantage Network opportunities such as cooperative education and internship experiences.
- Designated walk-in hours when students can drop-in for quick questions without having to make an appointment. Hours vary by semester and are listed on our homepage.
- Resume review service where students can stop in during Walk In Hours. Contact information and Walk In hours for the office can be found on our homepage.
Events:
- Spring Program Guide lists all of the activities that the CCM has scheduled for the spring semester.
- Coordination of On-Campus Recruiting schedules which allow local, regional, and national employers to interview students in our facility.
- Multiple UA Career Fairs where students can meet employers for networking and employment opportunities.
- Career Cafe Series and Fill Your Mug Mondays active tabling event where students are encouraged to bring their resume for review, setuo a ZIPro accoont, get information on internships/co-ops, and other career related advice and a series of Monday career education programs held at CCM.
Resources:
- A career resource library containing written, audio-visual and electronic materials on career-related topics, multiple computer stations for student use, and electronic and paper postings for full-time, co-op/internship, part-time, temporary and seasonal positions available in the career resource library.
- Online postings through ZIProfessional and Cleveland Intern.net for full-time and co-op/internship opportunities.
- An electronic listing of web links designed to assist students and alumni at any stage of career development.
