Our Six Sigma Green and Black Belt programs incorporate a data-driven approach that is project-focused. Minitab software will be used throughout the training for data collection and interpretation. Minitab training is a prerequisite for our Six Sigma classes and is free if you register for the Green or Black Belt course. A one-year Minitab 16 software license is included. A laptop computer will be provided for class use if you do not have one. You will receive a certificate of completion after you document results from your project. Six Sigma and Minitab are taught by Dan Sommers, a Design for Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 22 years of service with General Electric Lighting. Lead and perform Green Belt projects in your company. DMAIC: define/measure, analyze, improve and control steps are taught for projects of immediate significance.
