Our Six Sigma Green and Black Belt programs are a data-driven approach that is project-focused. Minitab software will be used throughout the training for data collection and interpretation. Minitab training is a prerequisite for our Six Sigma classes and is free if you register for the Green or Black Belt course. A one-year Minitab 16 software license is included. A laptop computer will be provided for class use if you do not have one. You will receive a certificate of completion after you document results from your project. Six Sigma and Minitab are taught by Dan Sommers, a Design for Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 22 years of service with General Electric Lighting. We extend each DMAIC session of the Green Belt class two and one half days for the Black Belt training.
