Real Estate Sales & Broker Pre-Licensing Courses

Are you thinking of a career as a Real Estate Sales Agent or a Real Estate Broker? The first step is to pass the four pre-licensing courses required to apply for the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam. We offer the four pre-licensing courses every semester.

You can save $300 when you register for our Sales Pre-Licensing Package. The prepaid package fee of $1,090 includes all four textbooks and the exam prep CD. Courses can also be taken separately.

You can save $310 when you register for our Broker Pre-Licensing Package. The prepaid package fee of $1,890 includes all materials and books. To take the Broker exam you need to take the four required courses, two years as a licensed agent, a minimum of 20 qualified closed transactions, and two years of college equal to 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours. Courses can also be taken separately.

Real Estate courses are also offered for credit through the College of Business Administration (CBA).
